I use mostly only aluminiumfoil to bulk out heads, arms, legs and other bigger parts, wire for armature and livingdoll clay, witch is a lot like sculpey.
My imagination (and googled babypictures) does the rest...
I sculpt with simple wooden sculpting tools, but also needles toothpicks and so on
